Welcome to Crackle&Co! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

Product Information
- All items are handmade with love, so slight variations may occur. That’s the beauty of handmade — no two are exactly alike!
- We strive to accurately display colors, sizes, and descriptions, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight differences.
2.
Orders
- Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
- Turnaround times vary depending on the item and order volume. We will provide an estimated timeframe upon order confirmation.
- Once a custom design has been approved and production starts, changes cannot be made.
3.
Payment

- All sales are final once payment is received unless otherwise stated.
4.
Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
- Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective upon arrival. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item, along with photos.
6.
Candle Safety (If applicable)
- Never leave a candle unattended. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
- Crackle&Co is not liable for any misuse of our products.
7.
Tumbler Care (If applicable)
- Hand wash only. Do not soak, microwave, or dishwash your tumbler.
- Avoid extreme temperatures to preserve the design and bling.
8.
Crochet Care
- Hand wash crochet items in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
- Stretching or snagging may occur if not cared for properly.
9.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, photos, and product concepts are the property of Crackle&Co. Do not reproduce or resell without written permission.
10.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time — especially if your energy is off. We’re a good vibes only business.
11.
Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
